Drop-offs are located in Bear Valley CSD, City of Tehachapi, Golden Hills CSD and Stallion Springs CSD. * Shout out to Debbie’s Fabric, Etc. - 112 E. Tehachapi Blvd. * Tehachapi Tourism Commission Annual Meeting. Tehachapi Visitor Center - Thursday April 17th at the Railroad Museum. Social hour begins at 5:30 PM * Business Watch - If you are a business owner/manager in the Greater Tehachapi area, please join the Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce, the Tehachapi Police Department and Kern County Sheriff's Department for an informational meeting on starting a business watch program in our community. Look for it to resume this summer. * Fire Safe Garden clean up day is on Saturday, April 26th. Come out to GHCSD and help clean up the Fire Safe garden from 10-12 noon. Meet in the GHCSD parking lot. * Sharing and Caring is open Monday through Friday 9:30 to 3:00. They accept donations of clothing and food during those times. The organization helps the needy in our town.
